A Germinator Franchise Near YouThe number of Germinator franchises grew throughout the current pandemic as people realized what the business model could do to help local communities create hygienic environments. Jeff Gill, CEO of Germinator, has seen the launch of 20 franchises and likely to see more arise throughout the year because franchisees are on a mission to help protect businesses and homes from the "invisible enemies" we call germs.
Meet Our Local Franchise HeroScott Odom, owner of the Germinator in Lowcountry, South Carolina, helped protect one of the oldest bars after a COVID-19 scare threatened to shut down The Rail Pub bar after eight other businesses in the area were forced to close. The bar temporarily closed after several patrons tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Scott received the call from the owner to sanitize and disinfect their bar before they reopened, and a local news station caught the entire job on camera. The services that Scott performed were only a glimpse of how valuable the work performed by these dedicated disinfection specialists can be. While the size of the jobs may vary, what they do is essential in helping to create and maintain clean and hygienic environments.
Germinator Expands Into TexasJ Ferg Pros has been a leader in building solutions for residential and commercial applications in the West Texas area since 2006. J R Ferguson, CEO of J Ferg Pros, purchased two Germinator franchises in Lubbock and Amarillo, Texas. Since the launch of their franchises, they've been able to service commercial and residential properties throughout the state of Texas. They also recently secured large contracts with the TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative and The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS). These contracts enable disinfection specialists to go out and service 62 school districts under the TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative and over 11,000 members under TIPS Purchasing Cooperative. J Ferg Pros is doing a lot for educational facilities within the state, and its first client in that industry began with the Texas Association of Community Schools. Besides helping protect the schools in the Texas area, both franchises have been doing a lot for local athletic facilities and most notably brought baseball back to the Hodgetown Stadium so the Amarillo Sod Poodles can play ball again as shown in the video below.

The franchise shows no signs of slowing down. Tara Levere is an empowering and pioneering franchise owner, and she will be spearheading the entire Germinator Pittsburgh franchise to help the "black and gold" community. She has a background in engineering and brings a world of experience and knowledge to the brand as she supports the Germinator's methodologies in this video with her client Dr. G William Walker. The next pair of franchisees have been friends since childhood, and one of them has seen the growth of the Germinator brand firsthand.
Two Friends on a MissionGerminator franchise based out of Phoenix, Arizona, is unique because the owners have been best friends since childhood. Greg Cook and Robert Blankenship will own and operate the Phoenix franchise and were motivated to open a Germinator as a way to play a frontline role in helping the community. Blankenship is the founder and CEO of WebFindYou, the first All-In-One Digital Marketing Technology that provides companies, agencies, and freelancers with a more streamlined and efficient way to maximize a company's online visibility and grow their brand, leads, and sales with less hassle, reduced costs, and increased revenues. Cook and Blankenship's ties to the community and passion for the Germinator brand led them to embark on the opening of the franchise. The CEO of Germinator said this about them:
